A Professor with 34 years of teaching and administrative experience in one institution & 3 years of administrative experience in the University. Former Principal, Vinayaka Mission’s Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College, Salem since 2008 to 2021. A highly qualified and efficient technical faculty having a sound knowledge in various Engineering related subjects for B.E / B.Tech and M.E such as Signals and Systems, Circuit Theory, Digital Image Processing, Bio-Medical Engineering, Digital Signal Processing, Wavelet Transforms & Applications and Bio-Medical Instrumentation.
A person with an excellent experience in Policy Planning in Education, Curriculum Development, Human Resource Management, Innovative Design of Motivational Techniques and Resource Management. An efficient Team Leader with outstanding organizational and excellent interpersonal skills to conduct any events such as seminars, symposiums, conferences, workshops, training programs, etc. Motivation of subordinates and team building are some of the basic traits of an emerging leader and able administrator and in consonance with above he has succeeded in his mission by practicing the above dictum. He could be able to perform accomplishments with high degree of appreciation by involving his teams even remotely.
