The Examination calendar for the academic year is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in

Examinations are conducted twice in a year, odd and even semester end term exams. Odd semester end term examinations are generally held in the month of Nov – Jan and even semester end term examinations are generally held in the month of March – May. Examinations calendar is uploaded in the University website.

Based on the examination calendar of the academic year of examinations, notification and timetable shall be notified in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in , before 30 days of the schedule of examinations.

The break of study provision is there, as per the regulations of the respective programes.

Mandatory fields are indicated in the exam application forms.

a) The mode of payment of fee towards examinations is via Online through CAMU/PAYTM of My CAMU portal using credit card, debit card, Net banking & UPI payment.

b) Fee payment using link which shall be sent by Controller of Examinations office of VMRF (DU)

c) Fee payment using QR code which is available in the respective institutions / Controller of Examinations office of VMRF (DU)

Examinations results shall be available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in

A formal passport size (formal Dress) photo in JPEG format of size below 40kb to be sent to the College / admission section / Examination section.

Revaluation of answer scripts after publishing the results of the University examination is permitted only for the programmes in which there is single valuation system. The revaluation is not permissible for the failures in practical/clinical/project. The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in . The application form is to be duly filled in and to be forwarded to the Controller of Examinations through Head of Institution with payment details

Retotalling of answer scripts after publishing the results of the University examination is permitted for the programmes in which there is double / multiple valuation system. The retotalling is not permissible for the failures in practical/clinical/project. The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in . The application form is to be duly filled in and to be forwarded to the Controller of Examinations through Head of Institution with payment details.

The Annual Convocation of every year is on 07th – July, which is the birth day of the Hon’ble Founder Chancellor Dr. A Shanmugasundaram.

“IN ADVANCE” category means issuing the degree certificate to the eligible candidates before the conduct of Convocation, if there is a genuine reason. The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in .By paying the prescribed fee it needs to be submitted to Controller of Examinations. The eligible candidates who have completed their study and qualified may submit their application for “Advance Degree Certificate” to the Controller of Examinations of the Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation. Reason for making such request should be enclosed. It is at the discretion of the University to issue the degree under “In advance” category, upto the satisfaction of the justification given.

The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in for availing the facility of a Scribe/Writer during Examinations, due to permanent /temporary physical disability / learning disability. It is to be submitted 2 weeks prior to the commencement of Examinations through respective Head of the Institution.

Grade sheets/ mark statements / provisional pass certificate/ degree certificates are to be received from the respective Institute where the candidate has studied.

The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in .Duly filled in application is to be submitted to the Controller of Examinations with payment details.

A request letter may be submitted to the Controller of Examinations along with the photo copy of Degree/Provisional certificate with prescribed fee payment. No online transaction shall be entertained.

The prescribed application form is available in the University website www.vmrfdu.edu.in .By paying the prescribed fee it needs to be submitted to Controller of Examinations with details. The genuineness verification certificate of a Marks Statement / Provisional pass certificate / Degree certificate of a student will be issued only to an employer of State / Central Government Services / other organisations and not at the request of the student and not to the student. No online correspondence by mail shall be entertained.

The prescribed application form can be downloaded from WES portal. The form may be submitted to the Controller of Examinations along with the copy of all Mark statements/Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate along with the photo copies of certificates issued by the COE office. The student has to come in person with all his/her Originals & Xerox copy along with the prescribed fee payment. No online transaction shall be entertained.

e-Sanad is a project aimed at online submission/verification of documents with an ultimate object to extend contact less, cashless, faceless and paperless document attestation service for apostille and normal attestation to applicants in India (to be extended to applicants abroad in a phased manner). Please visit the University website for utilising e-Sanad facility.

NAD – Digilocker is an initiative of UGC where the academic certificates of the Universities are being uploaded on portal. NAD not only ensures easy access to and retrieval of an academic award but also validates and guarantees its authenticity and safe storage. The University has uploaded till now the Degree certificates (14099 in number) awarded to the eligible candidates between 2018 to 2022. For registering the NAD-Digilocker the details are available in the University website.
