Dr. B. Sendilkumar is a distinguished academician and administrator, currently serving as the Director of the School of Allied Health Sciences at VIMS Hospital Campus, Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation-Deemed to be University, Salem. He is responsible for overseeing nearly 13 undergraduate and 13 postgraduate programs, as well as guiding 10 PhD scholars in the field of Allied Health Sciences. Additionally, he holds the position of Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, at the same University.

With a robust educational background and Alumni of BITS & IIM-A, Dr. Sendilkumar possesses an impressive array of qualifications, including BDS, MBA, M. Sc (Micro), MPH, MPhil-HHSM, PhD, D. Litt (Hons), D. Sc (Hons), FISRO, FSASS, FRSPH (UK), FSAPHO (UK), and MDP in Hospital Management and Data Analytics in Healthcare Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. He is also a certified NABH Assessor, CII SR EHS Assessor, and Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt in Quality, with RABQSA certification, as well as an ISO Lead Auditor for various standards.

As a respected figure in his field, Dr. Sendilkumar holds key positions, including President of the Association of Healthcare Management Professionals (AHMP) and memberships in the Salem CII Healthcare Panel, Federation of Education Leaders and Administrators, and CII Southern Region on Education, Skills & Job Creation. He is also a District Sustainability Mentor for schools and villages in Salem, appointed by the Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Government of India.

With over 25 years of experience in academics and administration, Dr. Sendilkumar has established himself as a leader, with a remarkable track record of achievements. His contributions include 40 research papers and articles, 17 international and national patents, 5 books, and 8 book chapters, as well as over 100 prestigious and honorary awards. Recently, he received the "Thozhil Aalumai Virudhugal" award for his outstanding contributions to healthcare education in Tamil Nadu from NEWS 18 Tamil Nadu.

As a sought-after speaker and panelist, Dr. Sendilkumar has been invited to participate in over 90 international and national events, organized 65 international and national conferences, and conducted over 100 webinars.
