Dr. Ravikumar Sambandam, M.Sc., PhD

He has diverse research interests, including molecular diagnosis, gene polymorphism, molecular markers, extremophiles (thermophiles & psychrophiles), synthetic biology (bio-engineering & metabolic engineering), and infectious diseases. Dr Ravikumar has extensive professional experience in the field. He has held positions such as Assistant Director of Research and Associate Professor at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Research Centre, Principal Scientist at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Research Centre, Post-doctoral Fellow at Chonnam National University in South Korea, and Assistant Professor at Catholic University of Daegu in South Korea, among others.
