Dr. H. Venkatesan MD (Hom)

                 Prof. Dr. H. Venkatesan has completed his BHMS, MD (Hom) (Practice of Medicine) and PhD (Hom) at Vinayaka Mission’s Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital under Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Deemed to be University, Salem, Tamilnadu, India. He has secured the 1^st Rank in both BHMS (2006) & MD (Hom) (2010) and was awarded with University’s Gold medals for the same. He has additionally acquired Post Graduate Diploma in Bio-statistics at Madurai Kamaraj University on 2015 and Completed 35 Swayam / NPTEL Courses since 2016.

                 He has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Practice of Medicine at Vinayaka Mission’s Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital on 2010 and currently working as Professor and Head, Department of Practice of Medicine. He is also serving as PG Guide, PhD Supervisor and Research Coordinator of the Institute. He has Guided 10 PG Students and 08 PhD Scholars. He has been appointed as Post graduate External Examiner at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Kerala University of Health Sciences and The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. He has also served as the External Expert for PhD Homoeopathy at Kerala University of Health Sciences. 

                 He has more than 40 Peer Reviewed / Indexed Publications including 24 Scopus Indexed Publications with 97 Citations. He has been the Principal Investigator of 05 Research Projects. He has also Presented Various Research Papers at National and International Conferences and Seminars. His areas of interest are Clinical Research in Homoeopathy, Homoeopathic Drug Standardisation and Application, Medical Research Methodology, Design of Experiments and Research Writing.
